Commander Fat Tyre Electric Bike

Constructed in our Gloucestershire warehouse by Cytech trained technicians, the Mycle Commander is the ultimate bike for power, comfort and pure fun! 5 minutes cycling the Commander will put a smile on your face, we think it’s the most fun you’ll have on a fat tyre electric bike! With it’s fast acceleration, it will reach top speed quickly using it’s powerful torque (80 Nm max) to deliver and all round incredible cycling experience.

The Commander comes fitted with the best front suspension of all Mycle bikes, an RST Hydraulic Suspension Fork. This is supported by a plush comfort saddle result in a smooth comfortable ride no matter the terrain. This is a bike that can both off-road and used as a commuter bike on the roads. The suspension can be adjusted for bumpy and firm surfaces for the best all-round experience.

The beautiful digital colour display will track your total and trip distance, speed, battery level, and give you the ability to control 5 levels of power assist. Fitted as standard also are a rear pannier rack (25kg load) and mudguards as well as front, back & indicator lights, making this is a safe bike to ride on roads night or day.

For the security conscious out there, we have designed the Commander with a removable but lockable battery. This means you get both the convenience of being able to charge the battery off the bike when needed, while also being able to lock the battery to the bike while out and about not having to worry about the battery being stolen – the perfect compromise in convenience and security.

The high-quality Bafang motor is a standout feature on the commander offering a reliable long-lasting motor that has stood the test of time. All Mycle bikes also come with a free 12 month warranty, and for an extra £100 you can upgrade this to 24 months for absolute piece of mind. (Fun Fact: Did you know Bafang motors are also often used in an aeroplane’s landing gear to help get the wheels going pre-landing due to their reliability and durability?)

What courier will you use to deliver my e-bike

We use BJS, a fast and reliable two man UK delivery service, to get your Mycle e-bike to you quickly and safely.

Is this a waterproof e-bike?

Yes! You can cycle it out in the rain (if you want to!) and not worry about damaging the bike.

Can I leave it outside?

Yes - You can leave your Mycle ebike outside but we recommend storing under cover or using a bike cover to protect the electrical elements such as display and battery connectors. Your battery will need to be stored within a specified temperature to maintain its charge (as per the user manual). When charging and storing the battery, be sure to store in a dry environment. If storing the bike outside, the bike may be more susceptible to harsh weather and may need more frequent maintenance to ensure component stay in prime condition. What does it feel like to ride an e-bike?

An e-bike isn't a motorbike, there's no throttle and like a normal bike, you won't go anywhere until you start peddling. Our customers describe our bikes to feel like you're riding on the flat even when you're on hills - it's very easy to cycle no matter the terrain.

We've partnered with the UK Electric Bike Centre in Kent to give you the chance to test ride our Commander and experience the thrill for yourself!
