We will build, test, ship and deliver your new bike within 5-9 business days. Depending on the model you purchase, our electric bikes are either delivered entirely pre-built, or only require minimal adjustments to get it ready to ride.

We currently only ship to mainland UK.

Our customer service team are on hand to walk you through any questions or concerns you might have before you buy, or after you purchase a product from us. Each bike comes in a bespoke, recyclable Mycle cardboard bike box to ensure a safe delivery. All scooters come fully assembled. 

Our Couriers

All orders are shipped via our BJS or DPD courier with a premium delivery service. Please inspect goods upon arrival and contact our customer care team if you have any queries. We will notify you your order has been shipped via the email address provided at checkout. 

 

During the day of delivery your delivery window can be between 8am-8pm. If you are unable to accept the proposed delivery time slot and a rearranged day is required their will be a redelivery fee payable of £45. 

Our bikes are dispatched direct to you from our UK workshop. For every order made, we plant a tree as our way to give back to the environment.
