Didn't buy direct from our website? Simply fill out your details below to register for your 1 year free MycleCare cover! 

All Mycle electric bikes and electric scooters come with a one year MycleCare warranty from the day of your delivery, free of charge. However, when you buy through one of our marketplaces, we still need a few registration details to activate your warranty. All the details of what you are covered for will be in your user manual. Warranty applies to the original owner only.

To find your bike frame number, simply look under the bottom bracket near where your cassette is. The frame number will be stamped into the metal. If you have any issues finding the frame number, please leave blank and a member of our team will be in contact to help you.

Our e-scooters don't have a frame number, this section is for bikes only.

If you brought direct via www.mycle.co.uk, your warranty is automatically added to your order.
