Mycle Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Mycle Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program, so please read them carefully. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Mycle Refer-a-Friend Program, you must be a current owner of a Mycle eBike purchased directly through our website or participating stores. Only purchases made directly through our website or participating stores qualify for participation in the Program.

3. Referral Reward

For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a £100 reward. To qualify for the reward, the referred friend must make a qualifying purchase of a Mycle eBike through our website. Minimum purchase amount £999 to qualify for voucher redemption.

4. Qualifying Purchase

A qualifying purchase is defined as the purchase of a Mycle eBike directly through the Mycle website.

The £100 is only redeemable 1 x per purchase. Purchases made with multiple bikes on one order will only qualify for the £100 reward once per order.

5. Referral Process

To refer a friend and be eligible for the referral reward, the referrer must share their unique referral code, provided by Mycle, with their friend. The referred friend must use the referral code to make a qualifying purchase on the Mycle website.

6. Reward Distribution

Once the referred friend's qualifying purchase is confirmed, both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a £100 reward. Rewards will be distributed in the form of a voucher to be spent on our website, and Mycle reserves the right to modify the reward distribution method at its discretion.

7. Limitations

• The Refer-a-Friend Program is subject to change or termination at any time without notice.
• Mycle reserves the right to disqualify referrals that violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. General Conditions

• Mycle is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participation in the Program.
• Mycle may suspend or terminate the Program or a participant's ability to participate in the Program at its sole discretion.
• Participants are responsible for any tax implications resulting from receiving referral rewards.
