We will build, test, ship and deliver your new bike within 3-5 business days. Depending on the model you purchase, our electric bikes are either delivered entirely pre-built, or only require minimal adjustments to get it ready to ride.

Our customer service team are on hand to walk you through any questions or concerns you might have before you buy, or after you purchase a product from us. Each bike comes in a bespoke, recyclable Mycle cardboard bike box to ensure a safe delivery. All scooters come fully assembled. 

Our Couriers

All orders are shipped via our Tuffnells or DPD courier with a premium delivery service. Please inspect goods upon arrival and contact our customer care team if you have any queries. We will notify you your order has been shipped via the email address provided at checkout. Once the shipping confirmation email is received, in general, delivery should be with you the next day.

  

Our bikes are built and dispatched direct to you from our UK workshop, meaning we cut the cost and miles travelled before your Mycle even reaches you. Better value for you and better value for the planet. Win Win!
