Rear Racking

Designed with practicality in mind, the comfort has been fitted with rear racking you can attach a basket with a basket bag and let the bike do all the heavy lifting. You can also add a child seat to the back and let the kids come along for the ride!

Adjustable Bike Stem

Fitted with a Zoom adjustable stem, you can alter the handlebar height and reach, making your ride extra comfortable and tailored for you. The Zoom seat post is fully adjustable with an accessible seat clamp to find your perfect position and height.

Smooth Ride

The comfort has been designed to provide you with a smooth ride for journeys short or long. The RST front suspension fork easily tackles uneven roads. The Selle-Royal saddle is wide padded for ultimate comfort and also has alloy suspension to skilfully absorb impacts from bumps in the road. This in turn is beneficial for your back because any impacts are absorbed in the bike, instead of going directly to your spine.  

Discreet Battery

The Comfort has been designed with style and practicality in mind - with a discreet 36V hidden battery in the frame which is completely removable for charging off the bike. It also has a lock on so you won't have to worry about theft whilst you're out and about.

Durable Tyres

The 28-inch semi-slick tread pattern tyres have reliable grip on wet or loose conditions. Ideal for everyday commuting in all weathers. The reflective tape around the sidewalls allows you to be seen for better night time visibility, as well as the plastic wheel reflectors.

All Round Protection

We know how important it is to arrive perfectly wherever you’re heading. The protected, rust-resistant chain will avoid any oily smudges on your leg or trousers. The mudguard will avoid any dirt from spraying on you, keeping you dry and most importantly - comfortable!

For an ultra comfortable ride, the Mycle Comfort is a great option for everyday journeys and long commutes. Constructed in our Gloucestershire warehouse by Cytech trained technicians, the Mycle Comfort has 45km of range with the 250W 36V brushless hub that will help give you an extra boost when you need it the most!


We have designed this electric bike with practicality in mind and the option for added space should you need it. Choose to add a rear basket with a basket bag or even a childseat to enjoy rides with the family. Ideal for letting the bike do all the heavy lifting so you can just enjoy getting from A to B!


This step through electric bike has a wide padded saddle that is easily fully adjustable. The seat post and saddle has alloy suspension to absorb any impacts from bumpy roads - which is perfect if you suffer with back pain as the impacts will be absorbed by the bike, rather than your spine! This e-bike has been innovatively designed with ergonomic handles that contour around the shape of your hands. The handles also have extra grip, which will provide you with a stable and comfortable ride.


The Comfort electric bike features a handy protected chain that will keep you and your clothes clean and in pristine condition - we know it's so important to arrive to your destination dirt free and the protected chain will do just that!


Not only does the Comfort e-bike look super sleek, it also has a discreet hidden battery in the frame. The battery can be removed for charging on or off the bike and it also features a lock, giving you peace of mind and prevent theft.

Mycle's Warranty Policy

All Mycle products come with a 12 month warranty covering both selected parts and labour. If your Mycle experiences a fault, we will either send you out the part required, or organise a courier to collect the bike, fix it up, and send it back out to you. Full T&Cs are included in the manual on purchase.

I ordered my bike and in the site it said 5-9 days for delivery. As there was an amazing sale on the dates could not be met, this however wasn’t passed on to me and it was just over a month before it was delivered. It had a few scuffs, nothing major but still disappointing.
The company were quick to reply to e-mails tho.
I also chatted to other customers on the Mycle face book but our chats were deleted!

Bike is great, service meh

Bike is really good though having issue with rubbing of mudguard which keep tweaking. Bike came much later than was meant to and they forgot to include the basket I had paid for. Reached out and they simply said they had been a mess up and was now sold out. Not really acceptable considering waited for the basket to be in stock to then order the bike so would get free delivery.

Disappointed

After shopping around for a I decided to go for the Mycle comfort, I wasn’t too happy waiting for the 2 to 3 weeks but thought if it was the right buy it would be worth it , unfortunately I didn’t receive the bike until 5 weeks after ordering which I wasn’t happy about, the bike arrived in a damaged box but seemed to be undamaged inside, was a fairly straightforward build and looked good when built , I have had two cycles on it and done about 20 miles in total , the battery is only lasting for about the 10 miles and that is only on the 2nd assist setting so very disappointed in the battery life as I wouldn’t want to go out for a long cycle, overall I’m not very pleased with the bike but I have it now so will have to get on with it

Love this bike

I love my Comfort Step Through. It's a solid, quality bike and is excellent value for money. The sitting position is super comfortable and the peddle assist flattens hills while still providing some activity. Would definitely recommend.

Step Through EBike - Front brake

With the front basket fitted the front brake has a tendency to jam when trying to pull away from the lights. Solution is to fit a longer brake cable.

Comfortable, well made bike.

Though it’s early days I love my Mycle Comfort. The riding position is what we used to call “sit up and beg” and I’m afraid I’m now at an age where hunched over the handle bars is very uncomfortable. I can’t fault this bike, it’s superb.

If I lower the seat so that I can touch the floor my knees come up to high. Raising the seat to a comfortable position so that I can extend my leg with a slight bend to the knee on the pedal I can not reach the floor and have to slide of the seat when I stop. Also have to stand on the pedal to jump back into the seat. Doesn’t feel overly safe. Bike is also very heavy. Can’t carry it up the front steps on my own. 😕 On a positive gears and motor are easy to use.

What courier will you use to deliver my e-bike

We use BJS Extra, a two man delivery team who deliver the best care in transporting your Mycle to your door.

Is this a waterproof e-bike?

Yes! You can cycle it out in the rain (if you want to!) and not worry about damaging the bike.

Can I leave it outside?

Yes - You can leave your Mycle ebike outside but we recommend storing under cover or using a bike cover to protect the electrical elements such as display and battery connectors. Your battery will need to be stored within a specified temperature to maintain its charge (as per the user manual). When charging and storing the battery, be sure to store in a dry environment. If storing the bike outside, the bike may be more susceptible to harsh weather and may need more frequent maintenance to ensure component stay in prime condition. Further information found in the owners manual.

What does it feel like to ride an e-bike?

An e-bike isn't a motorbike, there's no throttle and like a normal bike, you won't go anywhere until you start peddling. Our customers describe our bikes to feel like you're riding on the flat even when you're on hills - it's very easy to cycle no matter the terrain.
