Prize Draw T&C's: 2 chances to WIN 2 x tickets to the London E-Bike Festival & Cycle Show!
1 - Competition Dates:
Our competition launches Thursday 7th April 2022 and closes midnight Wednesday 13th April 2022.
2 - How to Enter:
Follow our profile on your preferred social account, either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
On the same social account, find the competition post and in the comments tag a friend who you want to take to the event.
You can enter as many times you like and over any or all of the platforms, however all entries must be in accordance with the rules of this competition outlined in these terms and conditions.
Posting invalid, spam or abusive comments will result in comments being deleted, your entry being deemed invalid and your account being blocked.
3 - The Promotor:
The promotor of this competition is Mycle Ltd, company number 13385418. By entering this competition, the entrant/participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4 - The Prize:
We are giving away 1x 2 adult tickets for the London Cycle show and e-bike festival worth £32, on a day of your choice between 22nd, 23rd or 24th April 2022 to 2 lucky winners - confirming if they can pick a day or if needs to be redeemed now.
These are standard show tickets and do not include VIP entry to the test track or priority fast track entry.
You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the event. This prize is for 2 x adult tickets only and by entering, you accept it is your responsibility to arrange travel and pay for any expenses occurred in order to attend the event.
a. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
b. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
c. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control where it could be deemed inappropriate.
5 - The Winner:
1 x winner will be picked at random from all the valid entries over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter using our random comment picker. We will video the draw for which evidence can be provided upon request.
a. The winner will be chosen on Thursday 14th April and contacted within 5 days of the competition closing. The winner will be announced on the competition post on each social profile.
b. We will contact the selected winner by DM on the platform of their winning entry. If we are unable to DM, we will ask for the selected winner to DM us in the winning comment, in order to start the conversation.
e. From the date of our first contact, the winner will then have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not reply or the entry is deemed invalid within these 48 hours, we have a right to select a new winner.
f. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and your name be used within our marketing and PR around the competition. You must remain following out account until you have received your prize details, within 7 days of the competition closing.
g. Please be aware and vigilant of spam accounts. We will only ever message you from our official social accounts linked below in our terms and conditions, and we will never use a different account to contact our competition winners. We will not request your bank details in order to claim this prize. If you spot a spam account, please report them and forward the account name to us for further investigation.
6 - UK Only
This competition is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales) and you must be able to attend London for the show on your chosen day.
7 - Who is excluded from the competition:
The competition is not available to Mycle ltd or Joust Group employees, all contractors and families, suppliers or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.
This competition is only available for entrants over the age of 18 and can be considered an adult.
You must have a valid Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account in order to take part in this competition.
8 - No purchase required:
This competition is free to enter.
No purchase is necessary in order to take part in the competition, however you will need an internet connection and a valid social media account in order to enter.
No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
9 - We reserve the right to delete your comment or block your account if:
a. We reserve the right to delete and exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, contain abusive or aggressive language, feature references to obscenities not in the feel-good spirit of the competition or are based on misconduct.
b. We reserve the right block any accounts that we deem are in breach of our terms and conditions. No corresponds will be entered into.
c. We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed, for example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software.
10 - Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11 - Your Data
By taking part in this competition, the participants consents to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion and marketing activity associated with the promotion, including announcing you and your friend as the winners across our other social media profiles.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes outside the competition without the individual's prior consent.
