Terms and Conditions: Mycle Cargo eBike Competition

  1. Eligibility: 1.1 To enter the Mycle Cargo eBike Competition (the "Competition"), participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United Kingdom.

  2. Entry: 2.1 The Competition begins on March 1st, 2024, and ends on May 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT (the "Competition Period"). 2.2 To enter, participants must provide a valid email address and consent to receive marketing communications from Mycle. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  3. Winner Selection: 3.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. 3.2 The draw will take place on June 1st, 2024. 3.3 The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, a new winner will be selected.

  4. Prize: 4.1 The prize is one (1) Mycle Cargo eBike. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 4.3 Mycle reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

  5. Data Usage: 5.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to Mycle using their provided email address for marketing purposes. 5.2 Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the emails.

  6. General Conditions: 6.1 Mycle reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice. 6.2 Mycle is not responsible for entries not received or incomplete due to technical issues or other reasons. 6.3 The decision of Mycle in all matters related to the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Liability: 7.1 Mycle, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, or representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants or winners in connection with the Competition.

  8. Publicity: 8.1 The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition, including but not limited to the announcement on Mycle's website and social media channels.

  9. Governing Law: 9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Mycle reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
