Win a Mycle Cargo as part of the Gardenesque x Mycle Instagram & Facebook giveaway!
Significant T's &C's: UK Only. 18+. All entries must tag a user in the comments of the original Facebook/Instagram Post to win. All entrants must be following both @Gardenesque_UK on Instagram and Facebook, and @MyMycle on Instagram and Facebook. 1 x winner will receive a Mycle Cargo Bike (60km). Please be aware and vigilant of spam accounts. We will only ever message you from our official social accounts linked below in our terms and conditions, and we will never use a different account to contact our competition winners. If you spot a spam account, please report them and forward the account name to us for further investigation. Winner will be chosen at random.
1 - Competition Dates:
Our competition launches 16th June 2023 and comment entries close midnight 14/07/2023
2 - How to Enter:
Comment on the official posts on the Facebook/Instagram accounts from Mycle/Gardenesque - tag a friend and follow all affiliated accounts as outlined above.
3 - The Promotor:
The promotor of this competition is Mycle Ltd, company number 13385418. By entering this competition, the entrant/participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4 - The Prize:
We are giving away 1 x Mycle Cargo Bike 60km.
a. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
b. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
c. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control where it could be deemed inappropriate.
5 - The Winners:
1 x winner will be picked from the entries at random.
7 - Who is excluded from the competition:
The competition is not available to Mycle ltd, Gardenesque ltd or Joust Group employees, all contractors and families, suppliers or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.
You must have a valid Instagram account in order to take part in this competition.
8 - No purchase required:
This competition is free to enter.
No purchase is necessary in order to take part in the competition, however you will need an internet connection, a valid social media account and photo ID for proof of your name in order to enter.
No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
9 - We reserve the right to delete your comment or block your account if:
a. We reserve the right to delete and exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, contain abusive or aggressive language, feature references to obscenities not in the feel-good spirit of the competition or are based on misconduct.
b. We reserve the right block any accounts that we deem are in breach of our terms and conditions. No corresponds will be entered into.
c. We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed, for example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software.
10 - Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11 - Your Data
By taking part in this competition, the participants consents to us collecting, storing and using photos submitted with their entry for the purposes promotion and marketing activity, with full rights granted to use of the photos on the website, social media and/or other marketing methods such as email or physical promotion.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes outside the competition without the individual's prior consent. 12. This competition is in no way endorsed, sponsored, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or TikTok.
13 - This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
