Electric scooters cannot be used on public roads or pavements. They can only be ridden on private property with the land owners permission.

Mycle's Warranty Policy

All Mycle products come with a 12 month warranty covering both parts and labour. We will either send you out the part required, or organise a courier to collect the scooter, fix it up, and send it back out to you should anything go wrong. You are also able to extend this warranty to 24 months for a fee in the optional extras above. Full T&Cs are included in the manual on purchase.

Great product

Scooter is great, quick battery charge and smooth ride with durable wheels.
Had an issue with delivery to a nearby shop through no fault of Mycle's. Customer service advisor rang me same day and ordered a next day delivery free of charge - great customer service.

Fabulous big boys toy!

Knowing I had a family holiday at Centre Parc’s (Longleat) booked I thought a cheeky purchase was required! Brilliant …..simply brilliant, the kids (ages 19/17/13) took it turns to make excuses to go and get supplies from the Parc shop. This particular site is quite hilly but this X-Pro dealt with the inclines and descents with ease. The only issue is that the whole family now want their own! Thank you …..one very happy customer.

Great Scooter!

Great product from Mycle. This scooter is amazing, pneumatic wheels make it a breeze to ride along with suspension. The 500w motor takes you up hills with ease and still picks up speed to its max. Easy to assemble and fold away. So much fun a great product for anyone!

What courier will you use to deliver my e-scooter

We use DPD, a fast and reliable UK delivery service, to get your Mycle Product to you quickly and safely

Is this a waterproof e-scooter?

Yes! You can scoot it out in the rain (if you want to!) and not worry about damaging the scooter.

Can I leave it outside?

Yes - we recommend that you do not charger the battery when its cold however to lengthen the life of the battery, this information will be included in the manual.

What is the law on riding e-scooters in the UK?

It is legal to ride your e-scooter on private property with the land-owners permission. However, it is illegal to ride your e-scooter on public roads.
