Mycle is committed to quality, affordable e-bikes and accessories. Our Cytech trained technicians assemble, inspect and test ride each bike to order here in our UK workshop. This ensures every bike shipped meets our high quality build standards and has the Mycle seal of approval.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns policy on all unused items. If you'd like to return an unused item, you will need to pay for the return collection as per our return fees below, which we will take from your total refund amount. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Failure to do so might result in further charges against the value of the item.


Your e-bike comes with a 12 month MycleCare warranty as standard, should anything go wrong. We offer a repair or replace service for warranty parts. You can find out more about what's covered in your warranty here.


You have a right to cancel your order using the below return eligibility information. To exercise a right to cancel, you do not need to give a reason, but we may ask for one to see if there is something we could work on in the future. You have a right not to give a reason.


To exercise your right to cancel or start a return, you can simply email us at informing us you'd like to cancel your order and start a return. You must do this within 30 days of receiving the order. Please see return requirements below, and collection fees apply.


Return Eligibility & Right to Cancel on E-bikes

We only accept returns on unused bikes, as per the requirements below. Please make sure you read through our conditions thoroughly. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.

You must notify us of your want to cancel the order & start the process of returning your e-bike within 30 days of the goods being delivered.

We can only accept returns for items purchased through You’ll need to provide your order number as proof of purchase in order to start a return.


Bike condition 

You are allowed to assemble the bike for the purpose of making your decision. This allows you to inspect the bike as you would in a retail shop, but please leave on all tags, film protectors and keep packaging safe. We need the bike returned in the same condition as it arrived with you.

You can view the bikes quality and size, and if you have a safe, clean area, you are able to have a small test ride no more than 500m as you would in a store, to check you are happy with the goods purchased. However, any visible signs of use of the bike outdoors, such as dirt, scratches, tyre wear or exceeding the km's on the display, would class the bike as used.


Test rides

All our e-bikes are tested indoors by our UK technicians, so your bike might arrive with a couple of km's on the display. This is so we can ensure the bike is safe, fully functioning and there is no technical issues at the point of shipping your item. We hold thorough testing evidence on all our bike test rides before shipping, for your safety and convenience.

If you are interested in test riding a Mycle before you purchase, we have a test ride facility at the UK Electric Bike Shop in Kent for which details can be found here, and are working hard to roll out more test ride locations, including our very first permanent retail shop. Collecting your return

For the return of unwanted and unused goods, we can arrange for a collection of your item at a charge. We have negotiated the below return rates with our couriers to offer you a low priced and reliable collection service. You must return the item, unused and in its original packaging (including the film protection on the digital display) within 30 days of your order delivery. Using our collection service also protects you against any damages in transit, as long as the item is packaged in the same way it has been shipped out to you. If any damages occur as a result of improper packaging, you'll be responsible of bearing the cost of the damage.


If you'd like to arrange your own courier we'll be more than happy to provide you with the information you need. Please note, if the item is damaged in return transit as a result of insufficient packaging, further charges may be incurred.


For all other accessories, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Collection fees still apply.

To start a return 

To start a return, you can contact us at with your order number, reason for return (if you'd like to share) and a description of the condition of your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our returns information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.


Once received back into our warehouse, your return will be inspected. We will issue you your refund amount within 14 days of receiving your return.

Used Item Returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund on used items. In exceptional circumstances, we may accept a used return, but this is down to the discretion of If we accept the return, we will evaluate the market value of the used item and your refund amount will deduct any losses incurred as a result of the usage, which could include our technicians time to put right the bike. If the item is considered not appropriate for resale or past the returns period, we reserve the right to reject the return. 



Damages, faults and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of any delivery damage within 48 hours of the bike arriving so we can raise these with our courier for investigation.


For goods that arrive incorrect, damaged or faulty, you will not be responsible for any return fees. If you state an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, but upon receipt we find the goods not to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, you will need to cover the cost of the collection which we can take from your refund amount.


Faulty Items Under Warranty

If you believe your bike to be faulty and would like to claim under the warranty, we ask that you first fill out our warranty claim form. To find out what is covered under the warranty, click here. Because e-bikes require a level of care to ensure they are properly maintained, you should read through and familiarise yourself with the care instructions in your user manual which can be viewed by clicking here

All our e-bikes are vigorously tested before they leave our workshop to make sure your bike arrives in great condition.

If you encounter an issue after using your Mycle e-bike within the first 30 days of ownership, please notify us immediately. We will be able to offer you a repair or replacement depending on the issue or fault, or you might be eligible for a return and full refund. If you encounter an issue after 30 days and have followed the care guidelines outlined in your user manual, it may be covered by our MycleCare warranty protection service for up to 12 months as standard (terms and conditions apply - to learn more please see your user manual).


If your ebike develops a fault within the warranty period, we are entitled to offer you at least one repair to put the fault right. This does not affects your statutory rights. 


In the rare circumstance that a fault develops under warranty, we will either send you the parts, advise you visit a bike shop, or in exceptional circumstances arrange collection, repair or even replace your Mycle item. Please contact us on to start a warranty claim. 


Please keep your box safe, as you will be required to reuse the box if the bike is being collected as part of a warranty claim. 


If a faulty develops after you've owned the e-bike for over 6 months, you may be responsible for proving the fault was as a result of manufacturing or build, and not as a result of miss maintenance under your care.


Not maintaining your Mycle product properly as per your user manual or modifications to your bike may impact your right to claim under warranty. 



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return of items within the cancellation period are entitled to a full refund of the cost of the item and refund of the original delivery cost. If you have chosen a form of special delivery, you are only entitled to refund of cost of basic delivery.

Because our e-bikes come with free delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund on the delivery fee.
