How to request a return 

We accept returns on all unused bikes and scooters as per the requirements below. If you would like to return a used item to us, please contact our customer care team in advance to discuss.

For the return of unwanted and unused goods, we can arrange for a collection of your item. We have negotiated these return rates with our couriers to offer you a low priced and reliable collection service.

However, if you'd like to arrange your own courier we'll be more than happy to provide you with the information you need. Please note, if the item is damaged in return transit as a result of insufficient packaging, further charges may be incurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase to share with us so we can process your return and refund.

As standard, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to change your mind and request a return.

To start a return 

To start a return, you can contact us at with your order number, reason for return and a description of the condition of your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Your Mycle product is covered by our MycleCare warranty protection service for 12 months as standard (terms and conditions apply - to learn more please see your user manual). In the rare circumstance that a fault develops, we will arrange collection, repair or even replace your Mycle item. Please contact us on to start a warranty claim. 


Used items 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund on used items. If you'd like to discuss returning a used item, please contact us first to discuss. If we accept the return, we will evaluate the market value of the used item and your refund amount will deduct any losses incurred as a result of the usage. If the item is considered not appropriate for resale or past the returns period, we reserve the right to reject the return. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
