Mycle's Warranty Policy
All Mycle products come with a 12 month warranty covering both parts and labour. We will either send you out the part required, or organise a courier to collect the bike, fix it up, and send it back out to you should anything go wrong. You are also able to extend this warranty to 24 months for a fee in the optional extras above. Full T&Cs are included in the manual on purchase.

My Classic arrived with a burst saddle and scratches, just damaged in transit, saddle replaced quickly and a £20 refund for scratches. My Classic is a fantastic bike looks great and easy to ride both with and without the electric boost. My partner set up the bike with no problems. Enjoying getting up the hills with little to no effort. Very pleased with the bike and price. Just needs a bit more packaging in transit.

From the beginning my experience with the staff at Mycle has been a 101%, I purchased a Mycle classic, which arrived within 5 days. There was a minor problem, no tool Kitt and damaged lamp. I rang customer service and spoke to a very delightful young man called Henry. He couldn't have been more helpful and sent a parcel of replacements the same day. There was a problem with the royal mail, didn't deliver so Henry sent them again with DPD, next day delivery. As for the E bike, it's everything I expected, and more. Its smooth to ride and very nice looking, I love it.

I am in love with my Mycle Classic, it’s comfortable and rides beautifully. My husband who is an engineer unpacked it (
with my supervision! ) and sorted it ready for me to ride. He was so impressed with the build quality and the design. The basket fixings were missing and Mycle customer service couldn’t have been better, they were in the post and with me within a few days. Despite my having adequate padding around the posterior area and the saddle looking gorgeous in brown and being sprung, I was aware of my seat bones so bought a gel saddle pad which has helped. I’m sure that most people would be fine with the Mycle saddle as my husband took a spin on it and was fine so likely it’s just me!
Having a good bike that is comfortable to ride is important but the company you buy it from is equally important and Mycle have blown me away with their ethos as a company, their high standards and their level of customer support.
I live in the breathtakingly beautiful Scottish Highlands and am looking forward to many happy journeys immersed in this stunning scenery with sketchbook, flask and lunch onboard! Happy Days! 😀
Very pleased with the bike. It's comfortable and easy. I wanted to get down to the beach without having to drive and battle for parking spaces. This bike suits the purpose beautifully.
Bought this to do my bit for climate change, cycling to my allotment and leaving the car at home. Well pleased with my purchase. Had to tighten the battery seat post clamp as I weigh 93 kg and it slipped when going over jarring bumps in road/path surface. I bought a second battery and suggest you sell it with a seat fitted as swapping the seat was very fiddly. Otherwise, my only quibble is there doesn't appear to be a way to change the units on the controller from kilometres to miles.
Dose the Mycle come with a chain guard?
I was not a keen cyclist, nor particularly coordinated - both of these issues concerned me when getting a bike in London. Turns out I was wrong...
I cannot recommend the Mycle Classic enough. It's so easy to ride as a normal bike; using the motor is very easy as the digital settings are so straightforward.
Aside from the fantastic ascetics the bike feels sturdy and can be very fast if you turn up the heat.
It's a 10 from me.

What courier will you use to deliver my e-bike
We use Tuffnells, a fast and reliable UK delivery service, to get your Mycle Product to you quickly and safely
Is this a waterproof e-bike?
Yes! You can cycle it out in the rain (if you want to!) and not worry about damaging the bike.
Can I leave it outside?
Yes - we recommend that you do not charge the battery when its cold however to lengthen the life of the battery, this information will be included in the manual.
What does it feel like to ride an e-bike?
An e-bike isn't a motorbike, there's no throttle and like a normal bike, you won't go anywhere until you start peddling. Our customers describe our bikes to feel like you're riding on the flat even when you're on hills - it's very easy to cycle no matter the terrain.
Where can I test ride the Mycle Classic?
We've partnered with the UK Electric Bike Centre in Kent to give you the chance to test ride our Classic and experience the ride for yourself! As the team only hold a small amount of stock, we advise you call in advance of your visit to make sure the Classic is available to view on 01622 890 300.
